When we left Cambodia 9 years ago, it was to start a new life together as a family in New York. Now Makara and Isisara return to Cambodia to revisit and renew.

Hey there..I was so excited to see a new blog entry, but then there was none!!! I hope you two are doing well, and up to your ears in amazing experiences. I look forward to reading about it and hope you will be posting an update soon. Thinking of you lots!!
So good to hear from y'all. We are fine in this Stone Mountain. I'm a bit tuckered; but not too tucvkered to dance. I'm listening to Mary Wells' I Don't Want to take A Chance and now the Temps, ""Say You". So you know if I'm ablee to dance w/out panting, everything cool.
Ra's back for about 6 weeks. He's reupping his inventory and expanding his business plan. My sista's moving down here. her plan is to run a Board and Care for elderly men.. I believe she misses Daddy too. I'm happy for us all.
I had 9 guests yesterday. Some family, some old friends, some old some new. I made mango tarts for dessert. We had orange cauliflower, string beans w/Yukon golds, vegetable fried rice, purple coleslaw, cukes w/gold cherry tomatoes, jerked tofu on yellow rice noodles.
I feel like the two perfect emissaries are there in Cambodia doing work for all of us
Isisara, We just returned from Cayman. Leon and his brother planned a diving trip to celebrate my retirement...Go figure... I was so glad to return and find a couple new blogs from you guys. You are amazing "girls" and I am sure your contribution will be forever remembered by many of the people you touch...or don't touch (the MONKS). Can't wait to see you and here more. Cheers, Gerri
